Steve's Biography :
I decided to become a full-time Realtor in 2004 after a long and successful career in the corporate world.
People sometimes ask me how I sell homes -- the short answer is "I Don't". I think my job as a Realtor is to consult carefully with my clients, fully understand their needs and then help them find a solution that comes as close to "perfect" as humanly possible. I thoroughly enjoy leading my clients through a complex and sometimes difficult process with skill and compassion for the needs of the parties. It's what I do every day, and I'm completely comfortable with every facet of Buying and Selling properties, short sales, evaluating investments, working with foreclosures and more. Buying or Selling a home or investment property can usually be a win-win when all parties are reasonable!
I bring a wide-ranging set of tools and relationships to the table when serving every client. If you choose a professional Realtor, you will get professional and qualified inspectors, handymen, lenders, closing attorneys and any other trade or resource that is helpful in preparing a home to sell or considering how you might modify one after purchase. I have a great relationship with "my people", and you will, too after the transaction is through. There's no reason to take a risk on a contractor you don't know when I can provide expert recommendations based upon many past projects!
I "get" that the stakes are high -- you are probably buying or selling your most valuable asset, or making/harvesting a signifcant investment in rental or other property. I treat my clients like family, and always consider what would be the best outcome for any client, based upont their personal situation.
